Our Registration form will accompany our sponsorship or please find enclosed our individual golf registration fees.  Registration is $200 per four-person team ($50.00 per golfer) unless covered by a Gold or Silver sponsorship.

Rooms are available at Comfort Inn Airport, $48.00 plus tax up to 4 persons per room.
